My first surgery wasn’t at a place specializing in noses, but it was hump nose surgery. They didn’t use any autologous tissue or silicone at all, and just shaved down the hump, but while recovering after surgery, it swelled unbelievably, and contracture started developing over a wide area. It’s not the nasal dorsum; the entire broad skin area on both sides feels tight. I think the dissection was done terribly. I couldn’t even get treatment. So now it’s asymmetrical left to right and lifted, but if the dissection was done wrong like this and the entire wide skin area has contracted, can revision surgery make it normal again?
