I have a show-through symptom at the nasal tip, so I am planning to remove the septal cartilage. But my skin is originally firm and not soft, and I am scared that after removal, once I go through the contraction period, I might end up with an upturned nose. My nose is already slightly short and a bit upturned I am planning to go to ㅅㅅㅇ, ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅍㄹㅁ, and ㅅㅇ. Is there anyone with a case similar to mine who had removal at the hospitals above? Please help share information just once, it is so hard
