I had surgery 10 years ago, and I understand that I had silicone on the nasal bridge and ear cartilage at the nasal tip, but lately I’ve had a strong foreign-body sensation throughout my nose, especially pain and discomfort at the nasal tip. If only my ear cartilage were at the nasal tip, I don’t think it would feel this uncomfortable, so I’m wondering whether they used L-shaped silicone or whether the silicone reaches all the way to the nasal tip… How can I tell if silicone extends to the nasal tip? When I touch the nasal tip, it is hard, but it moves well sideways…
