I used donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and 3 mm silicone. At first it was okay, but as the nasal bridge gradually got higher, it seemed to be getting thicker, so I went to the hospital where I had the surgery. Even with an inflammation test, there was no reaction, and I wondered if blood had pooled, so they tried draining blood, but nothing came out. They said they would only remove the silicone for free. Just in case, I found and went to a hospital specializing in removal, and they said it was ambiguous. They recommended complete removal, but said that if I wanted, removing the silicone first was also possible.
