Are there people whose original nose is really low and who are considering removal? My original nose was reaaally low The bridge was almost nonexistent from the front, and I had a rounded nasal tip, so without being greedy and without making the nose too big, I had surgery 10 years ago with silicone and ear cartilage. But the pressure and foreign body sensation are so severe that I'm thinking about either removal or removal plus nasal tip revision I really don't want to go back to my old nose... But silicone is uncomfortable too, sigh Is anyone having similar concerns, or has anyone with a low nose had removal or revision surgery?
