6-7 years ago, I had open surgery with silicone on the nasal bridge and ear cartilage at the nasal tip. My current condition is that the nasal tip cartilage is showing through and my nostrils are uneven, so I’m considering total removal. I had consultations at two places: No. 1 ㅅㅅㅇ and No. 2 ㅍㄹㅁ. First of all, both places said they would remove the silicone. For the nasal tip, No. 1 said it needs to be supported again with septal cartilage or ear cartilage, and No. 2 said everything can be removed and only nasal tip repositioning is needed. Both are well-known, but there is also a cost difference, so I’m torn. No. 2 has no before-and-after photos, so I don’t know what I should look at to trust them. The consultations with both directors were good. Please help
