First of all, I’m on my 5th surgery. I’ve tried ear cartilage, buttock dermis, and costal cartilage, and it wasn’t an extremely difficult nose, but I’ve had many surgeries because of various minor and major side effects or cosmetic issues. Right now I have silicone, and the nasal tip support is autologous costal cartilage. Because of repeated surgeries, the nasal alar area has lost volume and become thin, so it has become bumpy, and my nostrils are more upturned than my original nose. The nostrils are triangular and crooked, and the nostril volume is gradually decreasing as if they’re pinched.
