I went to the hospital because the cartilage at my nasal tip was showing through, and they decided to do an A/S procedure for me. But they said that if I replaced the silicone implant with a lower one, I would have to pay 300,000 won, and that if they only refined the nasal tip and operated with AlloDerm, they would do it for free. But before surgery today, they said replacing it with a lower silicone implant would be better overall, so I paid 300,000 won. But after it was over, there was no splint and no nasal packing, so I asked, and they said they trimmed the existing silicone and did the nasal tip.
