I had my entire nose implant/material removed two months ago. Originally, my nose was droopy with the nostrils slightly visible. After the removal surgery, on the first day my nose was lifted like a pig nose, so I was worried, but after two months it has settled a little. Right now my nasal tip is tight and firm, and it’s more upturned than my original nose. My original nose looked droopy from the side, but now it feels slightly more defined, so I think the nostrils show more.
