Which of the two do you recommend? I’m seriously at a loss I’m anxious and so distressed because I don’t know what’s right, I feel like I’m going crazy. Even if I think about it all day, there’s no answer, and every doctor says something different about whether it can go back to before or not, so I don’t know what the right answer is I’m so depressed I feel like I’m going crazy
