I’ve had revision surgery several times. I also had inflammation in between, and deformity happened too. I went to consultations at a few places, and they said it’s possible to work only on the nasal tip, so I’m planning to raise only the nasal tip by 2 mm and lower the columella a bit more. Would raising it this much be noticeable? I’m going to leave the glabella area as is. If the cost weren’t that much, I’d go for it right away, but the cost is higher than I expected, so I’m thinking it over.
