15 years ago, I raised my bridge by 2 mm with Gore-Sili, and had donated costal cartilage used for the nasal tip. They said that during surgery, the doctor also slightly performed hump osteotomy at their own discretion. It had been completely fine all this time, but for about the past 2 years, calcification caused by the silicone has developed on the nasal dorsum, and now it looks bumpy even to the naked eye, so I’m thinking about removal I had it done at a factory-style hospital, but the doctor who performed my surgery opened a separate clinic, so I went to that hospital for a consultation about removing the Gore-Sili from the nasal bridge. It was 2.5 million won, and they said that if I simply remove the bridge implant, the height difference with the nasal tip won’t match and it will be uneven, so they think ear cartilage can be placed in the nasal bridge...
