I went in with total removal in mind because I was dissatisfied with the shape. They did not take a CT and judged only by looking at my surgical records. They explained by drawing on my preoperative photos. It was my first clinic, but as soon as they saw me, they listed the problems with my nose one after another. My original nose had a drooping nasal tip, a slightly Squidward-like nose, and a slight hump, so rather than total removal, they recommended either lifting and refining only the nasal tip, or using the hump as the reference point, raising the upper part and lifting/refining the nasal tip.
