Leaving this for record-keeping. Currently 2 months after removal. I had the support strut and cartilage removed. My original nose was a pressed-down arrow-shaped nose with nostrils that didn’t show. 1 It has spread more than in the very early stage, but it hasn’t spread as much as my original nose. The nasal tip still feels gathered. The columella has come down, so the columella looks more prominent. 2 The nasal tip is higher than my original nose. It is more upturned and shorter than my original nose. So the side profile is prettier. 3 More of my nostrils show than with my original nose. I want to believe it’s the effect of the previous surgery I sincerely hope this is part of the process of going back. I think I could live comfortably if only my nostrils didn’t show from here. Please, go back to my original nose...
