Maybe it’s because of the septal extension, but when I smile my nose becomes like an arrow nose, so it’s so, so unnatural, and that’s what stresses me the most when I make facial expressions Is there anyone like me? If I remove the septal extension, will it go back to how it was? But I’m worried that if I remove the septal extension, my nose might become more upturned than my original nose. Are septal extension and a support strut different? Does anyone know ㅜㅅㅜ If anyone has had a septal extension removed, please share your experience, including whether it became more natural after removal and whether it didn’t lift too much. If I remove the entire extension and place a support strut, will the arrow-nose look when smiling lessen?
