It wasn’t that contracture had definitely developed, but there was a lot of inflammation around the silicone, so after removing it, I had dermal grafting. Since there had been a lot of inflammation, honestly it would have been better not to put anything in, but because my nose would become too low, I had a dermal graft. The pain in my buttock did last a long time, and even now when I stretch, it feels a bit tight/pulling. The height is similar, but it does look natural. Sometimes I miss that firm silicone feeling.
