Because of my low, flat bulbous nose, my whole face felt kind of off, so I had surgery 3 years ago. My nose tip was blunt and fleshy, so my whole face looked flat, and even though my nasal bridge isn’t extremely low, it looked very low. Especially from the front, I wanted it to look slim, but the reviews and comments say that improving a bulbous nose from the front is the hardest. 3 years ago I had cartilage tying and nostril reduction, and I focused on surgery to correct the bulbous and broad nose, but it doesn’t feel like it got smaller at all, so I’m going to get revision surgery Right now my nose has so little presence that bulbous-nose correction...
