It hasn’t been 20 years since I had surgery, and I’m wondering if my nose will collapse a lot if I remove the silicone. The cartilage area turns red whenever I cry, and a boundary line forms with the silicone area, so I just want to remove both, but I’m worried my impression might change a lot What does everyone think
