It’s been about a month since removal, and when I lie on my left side it’s okay, but when I lie on my right side, I still feel it pulling to one side Sometimes it feels like the nasal tip is pulling to one side, and sometimes it feels like the columella is pulling. Since I had septal deviation surgery, could it be that the columella feels like it’s pulling because of the septum that’s now gone?
