After removing the silicone, I decided on removal because the nasal tip was showing through, but in between I did also think about just getting revision surgery. The biggest reason was the sophisticated silhouette and how it looked in photos. Today I came up with a philosophy to get rid of the thought of revision surgery. First, now that I look at people’s original noses, there isn’t a single truly ugly nose. They’re all normal and fine in their own way. Second, this thing called a nose can look pretty from some angles but not to my liking from other angles - I can just not look in the mirror lol, and even if I do look, I’m not only looking at the nose, but at the overall vibe or whether there’s something on my face, only when necessary…
