If something like artificial dermis, MegaDerm, is used on the nasal tip, does it show? When I went to consultations for thin skin, some hospitals said autologous dermis doesn’t show much, but artificial dermis shows like silicone, so for the nasal tip, do they usually use only ear cartilage, or do they add dermal tissue? Every doctor says something different. Everyone who has direct experience, please answer. I had it done a long time ago when I was young, so I’m not sure, but when I only had the nasal tip done, it was really red like capillaries. Isn’t the nasal tip usually done using your own cartilage only? Everyone, please help
