It’s been about 6 years since I had surgery where they shaved down my nasal hump and used ear cartilage for my nasal tip. A little while ago I thought it was a pimple, but on the left side of my nasal columella, the cartilage seems to be protruding, and when I touch it, it feels like something is disconnected rather than continuous. The bridge of my nose also feels disconnected. Do I need to have it removed? If so, will my nose become lower? The clinic where I had surgery is outside Seoul, so going back and forth is difficult too. What happens if the nasal tip cartilage is removed?
