Just like the title says, the middle part of my nasal dorsum has sunken in and developed an indentation In the past, I had silicone, septal cartilage, and nasal tip work done like that. In a case like this, would it be safer to have revision surgery using costal cartilage? And seriously, which clinic should I go to? I have no idea what to do or how to handle this. Should I replace the silicone again and support the nasal tip with costal cartilage?
