Hello, I’m considering alar reduction and nasal tip cartilage tying. Do these two surgeries also have a high possibility of causing inflammation or contracture? I narrowed it down to these two surgeries because I’m afraid of inflammation and contracture, but I’m asking in case there is information I don’t know.
