I had cartilage tying, fat removal, and Megaderm done on my nasal tip, but after 2 weeks I had the Megaderm removed and left the cartilage tying in place. As the swelling in my nose went down, starting a little after one month it gradually got bigger again, and now it’s completely bulky. The hardness in my nose has eased a lot, but the bulkiness hasn’t gone back down. Has this just become my nose now? When they removed it at the clinic, they had me sign a consent form saying I wouldn’t raise any objections about the shape to the clinic anymore, so I can’t really say anything I’m now 3 months post-op, and ever since my nose surgery, I don’t even want to look in the mirror
