I had lateral osteotomy and used silicone and autologous costal cartilage, but the foreign-body sensation is also a problem, so I was going to have everything removed. But there are so many people saying they don't recommend it, so I'm worried When I had a consultation at a removal clinic, they did say that if I care about the shape, it would be better to leave some in. But they didn't say what would be better for me, and it felt like they left it up to me freely, so I'm conflicted. Between complete removal and just removal, which would be better?
