I had my first nose surgery 13 years ago, and because my nose became far too high after the first surgery, I underwent another surgery to replace it with a lower implant before even one month had passed. As far as I know, they also supported the nasal tip with septal cartilage at that time. Maybe because it was touched again before I had even recovered, the nasal tip was hard like a rock for years, and around year 5-6 inflammation started, so I underwent full removal surgery at a removal-specialized clinic in Hongdae. What I found out during the surgery was that there were several implants in my nose that I had never been told about by the previous clinic, and things that had been used to lengthen the nose with Medpor or septal cartilage were removed during the removal surgery…
