I’m so upset and worried. I’m currently thinking about complete removal of the autologous costal cartilage and silicone, but what should I say at the consultation? Possibility of saddle nose, possibility of a step-off deformity, possibility that the columella could become crooked and make the nostrils uneven, possibility of columellar depression, whether they remove the capsule, whether they do cartilage tying. What else should I ask?
