Nose Re-Surgery

Do they use a lot of autologous costal cartilage and septal cartilage for revision rhinoplasty?

I’m currently showing symptoms of contracture, and my nasal tip looks very upturned, so it’s certain that autologous costal cartilage will be used. But I was curious whether septal cartilage is also used a lot during reconstructive revision surgery, so I’m asking. I’ve currently looked at four clinics: Pli, Another, Chamin, and Louvre. I chose them because they have reviews about improving deformed noses, and basically they seem to use costal cartilage a lot and have decent experience. If anyone has had revision surgery for contracture, please share some info.
