I’ve decided on removal, and the last two places I had consultations at are neck and neck. I plan to get it removed soon, by early April at the latest. It’s been over ten years with an L-shaped silicone implant, ear cartilage at the nasal tip, and a closed surgery. In its current state, the silicone looks pointy and protruding, and I think the ear cartilage is showing through too My nose is bumpy I’m so distressed. Right now I feel rushed. Option 1: an experienced director, one of the top three for removal. There are no review photos, but it’s a place known by word of mouth and says they don’t use advertising photos.
