Which place would be good? The nose I want is one that keeps a cute feel while having a three-dimensional nasal tip. I’m especially looking for a place that brings out columella dimensionality and the nasolabial angle well. It’s seriously so important, so if it had to be one of these three, where would you do it?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
