I had rhinoplasty 4-5 years ago; I had osteotomy, silicone, and it was built up with septal cartilage. I was young and didn’t look into it properly before just doing it, but later I regretted it so much. It’s really uncomfortable in daily life and stressful, so I want to remove it, and that’s why I’m writing this I work at a company, so I wonder how I’ll go to work if I remove it and it looks strange.
