I’m going to leave the nasal tip as it is and only remove the silicone from the nasal bridge, but they said that if I only remove the silicone, it will be bumpy and the proportions won’t match the nasal tip, so they would use some ear cartilage on the nasal bridge. Is surgery done this way too?
