I had surgery twice 15 years ago, and both times, within 2 weeks after surgery, an inflammatory reaction made my nose become tight and swollen like contracture, and my nose lifted. But if it were contracture, it should still be hard now, right? After a few years, it all became soft again, and the long-term inflammatory smell also stopped a few years ago.
