The cost difference between having removal done at the hospital where I had surgery and going to a removal specialist is more than double, and removal-specialist hospitals are fully booked for consultations, so I’d have to wait much longer for the surgery date too In my current state, I just want to avoid more stress and get it removed at the hospital where I had the surgery. Everyone says not to have it removed at the hospital where you had surgery, and I’m curious why.
