Does anyone have experience with complete removal of the nasal tip support cartilage and cartilage rearrangement? I heard that if you remove everything, the nose goes back to the original nose, but I want it to be improved compared with my original nose. My hump was severe, so of course it was shaved down, but it wasn’t shaved down very much. So is it right that cartilage rearrangement can lift a drooping nasal tip? Do a lot of people remove the support structure too?
