I don't care at all if my nasal bridge or nasal tip gets lower, but my original nose is kind of bulbous, so I don't want it to spread out as much as before So I want to remove all the Gore-Tex in the nasal bridge and the septal cartilage in the nasal tip, and leave only the ear cartilage. Is there anyone here who had surgery like this? If the nose gets lower, I guess the ear cartilage would also need to be trimmed and repositioned.
