It’s been 4 months since removal surgery, and originally, after rhinoplasty or removal, when you blow your nose, does it not come out well with a “hmph” sound? Even if I try blowing hard, how should I explain it, it feels like my nose doesn’t clear properly in a refreshing way, just kind of a sound of air leaking
