These days, when I read posts, it feels like even if you go in for a full removal, the general mood is that they tell you to add autologous dermis or something like that. I do think I’d be sad if my nose suddenly became too low, but the acceptable limit for me would be up to autologous dermis. But in the end, it’s still autologous dermis, and doesn’t that mean they have to make an incision somewhere on my body, whether it leaves a scar or not? I only have silicone in my nose and haven’t had anything else done, so can’t I just have the silicone fully removed? I don’t understand what people mean when they say the nose collapses And when I go for a consultation, what should I ask? The only thing I thought of was, “Can I get a full removal?” This community...
