I had revision surgery with silicone and autologous costal cartilage, but the nasal bridge feels way too tight and uncomfortable, so I went for a consultation and they said we should redo the bridge with donated dermis or autologous costal cartilage. But you know how autologous costal cartilage can have warping or show-through, so I’m really torn. Has anyone had their nasal bridge done with autologous costal cartilage? Not diced cartilage, but carving it as one solid piece and putting it in. Please tell me what it’s like Would it be a good choice? The cost is pretty high too Does warping always happen?
