I saw a video where the director of a hospital famous for revision surgery said that you shouldn’t remove everything without leaving even the support structure, because there’s a high chance the nose could be damaged. But every doctor says something different, so it’s really giving me a headache. Also, total removal seems to be a trend that’s being done a lot these days, so there aren’t many reviews from several years later, and that worries me too Could they maybe be saying this because they’re just not confident with removal and don’t have the technique?
