I’m someone who can’t breathe because of unexplained contraction and what seems like a saddle nose. In this case, would removal alone not be enough? I don’t think it’s a severe saddle nose, and when I asked around, they said it didn’t seem like excessive harvesting, at ㄱㅇㅅ. But my symptoms seem like a saddle nose, and the difficulty breathing seems to be from a saddle nose. Should I get reconstruction? I wonder if this isn’t something that can be solved with full removal. Ha I don’t want to touch anything else anymore. I only had my nasal tip done without an implant, using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. In cases where people can’t breathe because of a saddle nose, does it usually mean that the original septum itself has also undergone a shape change…
