How to avoid bruising!!!!!!!!

I’ve had it done twice. The one I had with an incision became too small, so I had it redone with the non-incisional buried-suture method 3 days ago. Both times, I didn’t have a single bruise. I only had swelling. I read a post in a community and went in after seeing it, and what it said was~ From the moment you lie on the operating table until the end, you absolutely have to fully relax your eyes and stay as if you’re looking at the tips of your toes!!!! When they put in the anesthetic injection, it feels really strange and hurts, you know? But I kept thinking, I have to relax, I have to relax, like reciting a spell, and consciously relaxed while trying to look toward my toes. In my head, I imagined myself with double eyelids like Kim Tae-hee and Ryeowon, and because I consciously tried to relax, even the nurse later complimented me, saying I did well without tensing up at all. Maybe because of that, I didn’t get bruises either time~ The swelling is worse with the second buried-suture procedure than with the first incision procedure, but I’m putting up with it, thinking this will also get better with time. Everyone planning double eyelid surgery, keep this in mind. From the moment you lie down until you get up, the instant you put tension in your eyes, you’ll get one bruise each lol Relax, imagine happy things during surgery, and become prettier~
