It's been one week since my nose surgery~~(photos removed)

I had surgery on Chuseok~ Today marks one week, and the major swelling is all gone now, with only some minor residual swelling left. People around me all say it turned out naturally and well, but I'm not sure..... Does it look like it turned out well to everyone....? I'm adding a few more lines!! Before surgery, my nose shape was a long nose with a drooping nasal tip! (You know, the kind of nose that becomes arrow-shaped when you smile!!) Every hospital I went to for consultations said the same thing: because it was a long nose, it made me look older, and the nasal tip was drooping!!! The director at this hospital where I had surgery also pointed out these same parts!! But looking at the result now, it seems like the nasal bridge was raised more or less, but the nasal tip doesn't seem to have been raised much!! So I don't think the nose length is much different from before!! My younger sibling also says it still looks long!! This is just my thought, but during surgery, while I was under sedation, the director suddenly said there wasn't enough cartilage and asked if it would be okay to use ear cartilage! (It was done with septal cartilage.) So while I was under anesthesia, I thought, what can I do if they say there isn't enough cartilage, and I even answered yes~~!! But they didn't harvest ear cartilage!! And then they finished up the surgery and it was over!! After the surgery ended, I asked!! I asked why they didn't harvest it when they had said there wasn't enough cartilage!! Then the director said, "Ah~ I tried not to use other cartilage if possible, so I adjusted it as well as I could using the septal cartilage!!" I also thought, that's a relief~~ but thinking about it now, I'm starting to wonder if the reason they couldn't raise the nasal tip much was because there wasn't enough cartilage!! Could that be it?? I had a big complex about looking older because of my nose length, and now I'm so depressed!! Monday is the day I go to the hospital. If I complain about the nose length, would I be able to get revision surgery???
