I've read many reviews in this community.. After cheekbone surgery.. it seems many people suffer a lot from the side effect of cheek sagging.. If surgery is done through a scalp incision, is there no cheek sagging? And after cheekbone surgery.. does the zygomatic bone need to be fixed in place so it doesn't move? Each clinic says something different.. Some places say that if it isn't fixed, cheek sagging occurs.. and some places say they don't fix it.. The important thing is that when it is fixed, the fixation material is visible on X-ray... Which surgical method would be better... I'd like to hear opinions..
