Quick buried-suture double eyelid + epicanthoplasty, day 14 (photos removed)

It’s now day 14 after quick buried-suture double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty. Maybe because I’d heard so many people say it hurts a lot, it was more bearable than I expected... Except when they flipped my eye during the anesthetic injection and I was startled, it was just tolerable^^ From day 3 after surgery, the swelling went down a lot, and the bruising lasted about a week. The epicanthoplasty area is still red and a little bumpy.. Does this go away? It seems uneven ㅠㅠ The photo above was taken with flash, and the one below without flash.. I have a little eyeshadow on, and I’m wearing mascara and circle lenses. The photo below that is before surgery ;; But after surgery, I actually look better without circle lenses. When I wear circle lenses, only my pupils stand out, so it looks a little scary.. I’m planning to switch to regular lenses soon^^ Please let me know what you think~~ But will the slightly bumpy area where I had epicanthoplasty become smooth again? And when I close my eyes, should I call them stitch marks? There are about 3 tiny raised bumps where the stitches were placed~~ Will these go away? ㅠㅠ
