Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Nose + paranasal augmentation (silicone), day 45 (taking the photos down)

I'm finally uploading photos~. ^^ In the past, because of my bulbous nose, I could never take close-up photos, but now I find myself taking lots of selfies up close. lol I hope this helps those who are considering surgery. ------------------------------------------------- 1. Pre-surgery condition: Nose - Bulbous nose. The nasal bones were quite widely spread and flared out. From the side, the nasal bridge was high. A very, very unattractive nose. Paranasal augmentation - As I got older, my cheekbones and square jaw became more prominent. After losing weight, my mouth protrusion became even more noticeable. When I kept my mouth closed without smiling, I looked a bit sharp and poor. I was told I had too little facial fat. My face somehow looked awkward. ----------------------------------------------- 2. Surgical method: Nose - The nasal bones were brought together through osteotomy. The nasal bridge was raised with silicone. The nasal tip was gathered and lifted using septal cartilage. Paranasal augmentation - Silicone was inserted. The director said he used a medium size. Total surgery time was 3 hours. I thought I was going to die. ----------------------------------------------- 3. Post-surgery effects: Nose - I can take close-up photos. lol Since my nasal bridge is higher, I feel proud for no reason. Confidence recharged. Paranasal augmentation - My friend told me to say my age minus 4 years. My mom said I look like a high school student. That's how much younger I look. It was the first time in my life I was told my face looks small. My face size looks noticeably reduced. My cheekbones and square jaw look much softer. I hadn't noticed my nasolabial folds, but looking at photos, they seem a bit less pronounced. -------------------------------------------------- 4. Post-surgery concerns: Nose - It was lifted a lot and looked like a pig nose, but as time passed, it came down. Because the glabella area was raised, my impression changed a lot. (Since I became prettier, I have to accept it.) The treatment process was so hard because of runny nose and sebum. Paranasal augmentation - The swelling and bruising were no joke. At first I looked like a monkey, but over time it got better. I still feel a foreign-body sensation, but it doesn't hurt or anything.. so I'm waiting until I get used to it. Sensation in my lips still hasn't fully returned. They said I need to wait 3 to 6 months. My smile looks awkward. It's getting better over time. The philtrum.. it was originally long.. I'm confused because it feels like it may have gotten longer, but also like it may look shorter. **My lips rolled inward. (They got thinner.) Because of this, I got lip filler yesterday. I feel like I'll have to get it for the rest of my life. (This is the one big problem)
