I'm not going to touch the bridge of my nose, only the nasal tip. I'm doing it because my nasal tip looks too round. I had a consultation today, and they said they would put ear cartilage into the nasal tip without making an incision, and to bring together the sides of the nose that look spread out, they would remove a little of the cartilage on both sides. But when I read posts, everyone talks about having stitches removed, so is there also this kind of surgical method? Will it be okay?
