Usually people choose between Gore-Tex or silicone, right? Please tell me exactly what the difference between these two is I can’t really figure it out no matter where I look;;;; Oh, and at a place where I had a consultation a long time ago, they said they might take my own ear cartilage, or buttock fat? I think it was, or something from there. What kind of surgical method is this?
