Please look at my eyes, it’s a revision and day 2

I had epicanthoplasty, and they say there won’t be any epicanthoplasty scar, but it won’t be left, right?? Did the surgery go well? Maybe because it’s a revision, the swelling is no joke ㅜㅜ How do my eyes look? Please take a look ㅜ
